H1N1 Now Available for All Patients

Updated H1N1 Vaccine Policy

Beginning December 1, 2009 we will be offering the H1N1 vaccine to all patients.  Please ask about receiving the vaccine at your next scheduled visit, or call any AWM office to schedule a time for vaccination.
