This service, for which Associates for Women's Medicine has a contracted business relationship, is a secure electronic communication tool to request prescriptions on-line. This service is currently only available to patients of providers listed above . 

Once you click on "Agree" you will be automatically redirected to the secure area on the ptSource site.

Associates for Women's Medicine will be held harmless should your request not get transmitted due to technical problems related to the Associates for Women's Medicine site or the ptSource site. 

Your prescription request will be processed within 24 hours, during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm except holidays. Please contact your Pharmacy directly prior to picking up your prescription to check for readiness.

On the ptSource site, all personal identifying information is encrypted. Your request will not be internally or externally forwarded to or shared with any other third parties. The information will be used only by Associates for Women's Medicine and our business partner, Flow Management Technologies.
