New Automated Phone System

AWM has implemented a New Automated Phone system to better serve our patients. This system upgrade will enable AWM to route your calls more efficiently and help reduce the amount of time you spend on hold.
The new prompts are:
“Thank you for calling AWM. If this is an emergency, please hang up and dial 911. All other callers, please listen to the following options”:
- Press 1 if you are a Physician or a Physician’s office calling.
- Press 2 if you need to schedule or reschedule an Appointment.
- Press 3 if you need a Prescription refilled.
- Press 4 if you have a medical question for a Nurse.
- Press 5 if you are returning a Nurse’s call.
- Press 6 if you need our Billing department, Surgery Scheduler or Business office.
- Press 7 if you need Directions or Fax number to one of our offices.
“For any other options, please press zero to speak to a Telephone Receptionist”Back to archive
